Freight Costs & Delivery
Freight costs apply to commercial business addresses with ground-floor access (unless multi-level delivery is specified in your quote).
Checking Your Delivery
- Unpack and inspect your furniture carefully before signing for it.
- The driver will wait for your signature on the consignment note before leaving the item with you.
- Only sign if you’re happy with the condition—no damage.
- If there’s damage, note it clearly on the consignment note and call us right away.
- Do not write “STI” or “Subject to Inspection” on the note.
Acceptance
Once you sign for the delivery, you take full ownership of the product in its current state, unless damage is noted.
